Our manage service provides delivery and management of network-based services, applications, equipment of all type, regardless of the size of your business. TPC can offer services which include fully outsourced network management arrangements with advanced features like IP telephony, messaging, call center, virtual private network (VPNs), desktop support, managed firewalls, and monitoring/reporting of network servers.
TPC managed services are performed from outside a company's internal
network with a special emphasis placed on integration and certification of
Internet security for applications and content.

TPC provides managed and up to date services for companies, that don't have
the resources to constantly upgrade or maintain and faster computer
networks. Our main focus is on monitoring services for servers, routers,
firewalls, and other applications. Network Monitoring TPC managed services insure that your servers and infrastructure network are available 24x7.
We provide the monitoring tools to implement corrective action BEFORE you
are even aware of any potential problems. Our keeping monitor of your
servers, workstations, routers, circuits, and other critical devices allows
us to take the necessary and corrective action before a small problem
becomes a major one.
Examples of what we monitor from our office are as follows:
- Status & Uptime of your Internet Connection (T1, DSL, Frame, Cable, or ISDN)
- Status & Uptime of your firewall. Status & Uptime of your routers.
- Status & Uptime of your servers. Status & Uptime of your critical desktop computers.
- Status & Uptime of your Email, Web, Citrix & FTP servers (such as Microsoft Exchange)
In the event of system failure:
- You will be notified that your system is experiencing a problem, and we will
initiate a service call.
- A technician will automatically be dispatched within 24 hrs.
Of our normal workday of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. On holidays and weekends, we will respond the next business day.
- Failure is defined as any of the monitored components being unresponsive (down) for a period of sixty minutes or more. This ensures that normal maintenance, momentary power outages, and reboots do not result in unnecessary action.
