  • The importance of customer care through individualized education and training on their newly acquired business telephone systems and other communications or managed IT systems equipment.

  • All of your personnel will be trained to utilize the systems features and benefits so that you company can realize an increase in productivity.

  • We will train all customer personnel at their convenience, with hands on training. TPC ensures a full working knowledge of customer personnel on their business phone system before signing off on your installation. We remain available to you and your staff for any questions that you need answered at anytime; our customer care does not end with the installation or training...we are your new communications service providers.

  • A two-year warranty is offered on all new business telephone systems. This begins on date of installation. It includes all hardware parts and labor. It does not include abuse, adds, moves, or changes.
  • Response time of service personnel for the following conditions:
    1. Emergency Service: 20% of system down, response within four hours.
    2.  Non-emergency Service (normal service call): Within twenty-four hours of receiving call.
    3. Moves and Changes of Station Equipment: 2 days if equipment is in stock, 3-7 days if equipment must be ordered.
  • 24-hour emergency service, 7 days a week.

  • Fixed rate maintenance contracts that can be locked in for one year. Maintenance contracts are available after the 1-year warranty period.

  • We eliminate the questions as to whom you call for service. Whether it concerns additional equipment, additional local or long distance phone lines, or trouble calls for service for your business phone system, one call takes care you. TPC will also verify any telecommunication trouble for our customer at no charge during warranty of maintenance contract period.

  • We require no additional costs for installation of your business telephone system.

  • TPC will provide you with benefits and features that will save your business time or money. We will be glad to answer any billing questions, give recommendations on ways to be cost effective, and keep you up to date on any new developments in the field of telecommunications.

  • TPC will coordinate the interconnection of your business telephone system with the local telephone company.

  • TPC Communications will provide you with one of the highest quality telecommunication systems on the market today. We provide customer training immediately following installation and two weeks thereafter.
